Psychological effects of coronavirus

Coronavirus has affected human life in many ways, but its most important effect has been on the human psyche.  It has had a profound negative effect on the minds of children and women in particular.  Depression and negative thoughts have gripped almost everyone in the world, with the fear of an unseen death being confined to one's home for a long time.  The economic downturn has engulfed the middle class, which could lead to a dangerous rise in crime in the near future as the unemployment rate has skyrocketed.  The coronavirus has emerged in the form of an unseen sudden death that has created an uncertainty in the minds of every man.  In relationships, man has begun to look at everyone with suspicion.  Whereas in the past, when a member of the family  was taken care of when he was ill, care was taken, but now he is also afraid of coughs alnd colds.  Distance and avoidance have become more important than love.  Man, also called a social animal, has been mentally hollowed out by loneliness.  The feelings of a person living in quarantine on suspicion of the disease are indescribable. The imminent death, loneliness, helplessness and avoidance of others are approaching.  They will not be able to lead a normal life all their lives.  After the eradication of this disease, human beings all over the world will have to face a new struggle and that is to protect their minds from its effects.  You have to learn to smile again in life, to believe in relationships and to bridge the gap between your loved ones.  You have to believe in life and bloom like a flower again.  This is a difficult time but it will pass. Do not leave your loved ones alone. Keep physical distance but do not keep mental distance.  Children are the biggest victims of the coronavirus epidemic. The lives of these little flowers are confined to home.
They are also becoming victims of the irritability of their parents due to further financial difficulties and other reasons. Parents should learn to bear their anger instead of venting it on their children.  Even these innocent flowers are terrified of this epidemic.  Love them, encourage them and give them time
Remember to keep physical distance from your loved ones even in case of illness, not mental.  Never leave each other alone.  The need for love and humanity that all human beings have today has probably never been greater in history
Irritability, frustration, uncertainty and negative thoughts are the most prominent mental illnesses caused by Coronavirus.  To avoid them, it is important to keep yourself busy and read good books.  Exercise at home.  Gardening at home if possible.  Cook and renovate the house.  Change the setting of household items. Make sure children have time to talk to them. Play with them. Pay attention to their reading.

  1. I first of all thank you for following me on Twitter.
Just today I was thinking about post Covid situation and my thoughts found a chain. What I saw on TV was the patients being treated in a hospital. The amount of waste being created in curing Covid. First it's the plastic probes used to take samples. Than the special suits worn along with the mask/face protection. Imagine so far Lacks of injection syringes have been used and discarded.
I think the coming days this problem is going to crop up and special landfills will have to be created. The same if discarded in seas will have drastic effects on eco system.
Maybe you write on this aspect.
I just suggest this as I am fond of writing but don't have the patience to do so.
    Waiting for a positive response.
Thanks for the patience of reading this far and time
